We embarked on a journey that involved erecting a substantial 5-story steel structure to accommodate Rotex sizing units, a feat that demonstrates our dedication to elevating our capabilities.
A project’s foundation is its cornerstone, and we poured over 2000 cubic yards of concrete with precision and expertise. This substantial base ensures the longevity and reliability of our facilities, reflecting our commitment to quality.
To further enhance our capabilities, we installed a powerful 40 MMBTU/Hr sand dryer and associated bag house equipment. This cutting-edge equipment allows us to meet and exceed industry standards while maximizing efficiency.
To streamline our processes, we added multiple conveyors and bucket elevators, optimizing material handling and transport within our facilities. This addition ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
