The PRS-G8000 is NuBlu Energy’s flagship glycol-bath CNG pressure reduction system. It takes gas straight from CNG trailers down to user-defined site pressure with the heating capacity, redundancy, and automation needed for continuous high-volume delivery.
Overview CNG delivered from trailers arrives at high pressure and drops sharply on its way to site pressure. That pressure drop cools the gas – fast enough to freeze regulators, valves, and downstream equipment if the heat isn’t put back in. The PRS-G8000 solves that with a 2 MMBTU glycol bath heater sized for continuous delivery up to 8 MMSCFD.
Redundant HP and LP control valve circuits keep gas flowing even during maintenance. User-definable outlet PSVs and onboard fuel gas mean the unit ships ready to drop on site, hook up, and run.
