Comprehensive Facility Design: The project encompassed the complete design of the facility, including inlet metering, DeOx Unit, Amine unit, DEHY/SepraSIV Unit, NuBlu Energy liquefaction package, LNG Storage, and LNG Pumps. Our holistic approach ensures that every aspect of the facility is meticulously engineered for optimal performance.

Weather-Resilient Design: We understand the importance of resilience in the face of extreme weather conditions. The design was updated to accommodate severe weather, with all sensitive equipment relocated into enclosures to ensure the facility’s continuous operation, even in adverse conditions.

Streamlined Sizing: Our scope extended to sizing all the main process streams and equipment, ensuring that every component is optimized for efficiency and functionality.

Comprehensive Deliverables: The deliverable package for the project was nothing short of comprehensive, encompassing all global-level documents, including the Design Basis, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), PFD (Process Flow Diagrams), HMB (Heat and Material Balances), Plot Plan, Control Architecture, One-Lines, Major Equipment List, Facility TIC (Total Installed Cost), and more.
